An appraisal is a most often performed to get a professional's opinion of a property’s market value.
The Appraisal Process
The appraisal process includes an inspection of the property, research, analysis, and finally a written form that includes the results of the appraisal. The appraisal is then emailed to the client for review. The appraisal form includes the property description, list of improvements, discussion of data, measurements, photos, maps, and a market analysis.
